惊人的: That’s the word most people use to describe their first drive through the 阿迪朗达克s 在普拉茨堡. SUNY 普拉茨堡 sits just outside the 阿迪朗达克 Park, an outdoor 爱好者的梦境. With over 6 million acres to explore — bigger than Yellowstone, Everglades, Glacier, and Grand Canyon National Park combined -你一定会找到一个新的爱好.

Take a ten-minute stroll from campus into downtown 普拉茨堡 to experience a show 在历史悠久的新装修 链剧院.  The Strand Center for the Arts also offers tons of activities — take a class, view an exhibition and browse artisan markets throughout the year.

While you’re exploring downtown, grab a coffee from one of our local shops and head to MacDonough Monument overlooking Lake Champlain — it’s a great spot to chill and 人们观看. 准备吃点东西? 仅在市中心，你就可以 choose from a dozen eateries and food shops (within a 10-mile radius, 几十个).
